Creamed Tacos
fry 1 and 1/2 pounds ground beef with onion and green pepper to taste. drain fat. add one 10oz can tomatoes and green chiles diced. 1 10 oz can enchilada sauce, one small can of evaporated milk, and 1/2 cup grated cheese. Stir until cheese melts, then fry one package of corn tortillas (not deep fryed but just a little bit of oil in the bottom of pan and fry until they are a little bit crispy) Then layer totillas, then meat sauce , then repeat layers, and end with the meat on top and top with 1/2 cup grated cheese. Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes
