2eggs
1/3 c oil
1TBS mint extract
green food coloring
1 bag semi sweet chocolate chips
roll into balls and bake at 350 for 7-9 mins
these are best frozen...

Yum, I LOVE chocolate mint anything! These sound so good!
Love these! I can't make these without thinking of Cassidy Stratton.
Dallas, I made this with a variation, but they still turned out so good. Instead of using mint extract, I bought the Andes Mint baking chips. They were so yummy!
These are good! I used the Nestle dark chocolate and mint morsels and decreased the mint extract. Thanks for the good recipe again Dall!
