This is a recipe from my good friend Serena Cherry. I had this at an Oscar party she had a few years ago, and have been making it ever since. It is so simple and so delicious!
1 12-oz. jar chili sauce (any brand, it's found by the ketchup)
2 tsp. curry
Marinate chicken breasts in sauce and curry for at least 30 minutes (longer is better.) Bake 30 minutes at 350. Pour 1/2-1 pint heavy cream over chicken. Bake an additional 20 minutes. Serve over pasta (my favorite is bowtie or rotini.) Sooo good!
